Midway Parkway - 1997 - Repair and Remodel after the Storm

Rec Room.  Bottom half of walls was paneled with painted Masonite and Styrofoam insulation replaced the fiberglass insulation.  Wainscoting is attached with screws so panels can be removed if the house is ever flooded again.

Utility Room Storage.  Bi-fold doors created a large enclosed storage space for kitchen over-flow and sporting equipment.  The door on the right goes into the Studio.

Studio.  Added an egress window, sand blasted the bricks, installed dry wall and Masonite panels to match the Rec Room.  The ceiling was left open and spray painted.  Track lighting was installed.  The room was originally been the Coal Room.

Dark Room.  At the same time a small dark closet was turned into a dark room.  Not pictured.
